Module 2: Developing Action Plans - Action planning, capital budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, optimisation. Module 3: Managing & Monitoring Assets - Identification, registers, maintenance, use, disposal. Module 4: Analysing Financial Reports - Income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow, financial analysis. Module 5: Key Concepts - Asset classes, storage, cost-benefit analysis, stock/inventory management.
